Visitors are able to make one-on-one appointments with you through the eZone, so ensure a contact is added who will be managing this and there on the day ideally.

CIBSE Build2Perform Live 2024 Exhibitor Manual

This is your complete guide to exhibiting at the event, it contains important information regarding build-up/breakdown, order forms, essential paperwork, key deadlines and the best ways for you to make the most of your time at the show.

  • Please make sure you read the ‘Access Information’ section carefully and inform your stand build contractors of the online booking procedures for loading in at ExCeL London.
  • Risk Assessment: All exhibitors need to undertake a risk assessment that covers your activities at the event.  We will require to see this risk assessment if a) you have indicated that you are planning an activity of significant risk in the Stand Information Form or b) if you are a Space Only stand. Should you need any help in completing this please visit CDM4Events where you’ll find a template risk assessment. 
  • If you do require any additional services (electricity/lighting/furniture) please order these before the deadlines listed to avoid incurring a surcharge.   14TH OCTOBER

Please note – it is a compulsory requirement to submit the Stand Information Form before you come on site to allow us to capture key information about your stand - without it your activities may be restricted. It is quick to complete, please fill it in as soon as possible.
