This session will focus on the evolving ESG disclosure frameworks and legislations, developed/mandated in recent years, and how they will impact the building industry. Three reporting frameworks will be covered, including TCFD (Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures), and TNFD (Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures), as well as Biodiversity Net Gain requirement set out in Government's Environmental Act 2021.
