If you are the Chair of your session, please open your session(s) with a few words to set the scene and introduce your session speakers, using their short biographies we have provided on the Speaker List on the website.
We are looking for sessions to be as dynamic as possible, so please ensure that speakers keep to the time they have been allocated to enable good time for Q&A and comments from the audience.
Please let the audience know at the outset that we are encouraging their participation by means of questions and comments at the appropriate time.
Please ask that delegates use the roving mics provided.
Throughout the programme planning we have been careful to highlight the need for speakers to focus on the “takeaways” for delegates attending their session. It’s important these are teased out. Please therefore could you frame your questions to the speakers around those takeaways – what can delegates be doing differently when they get back to their desks?
Please touch base with your fellow speakers before the event. It’s also a good idea to arrange for all of you to meet in person before your session on the day. The VIP Area is at your disposal for this purpose.
