Lucinda Lay

Lucinda is the Carbon Reduction Project Manager at the University of Oxford. In previous roles Lucinda has been involved in large wind turbine projects, dynamic frequency response technology and systems process improvement in the quarrying and building products sector. More recently her focus has been on improving the efficiency of the University estate. The work here has ranged from lighting and HVAC upgrades to laboratory equipment replacement and behavioural change. In particular the building management system optimisation work is seeing great successes and staff and students are increasing their involvement through the award winning Carbon Innovation Programme launched in 2015.
