From April 2018, MEES will make it unlawful to let a property in England or Wales which does not achieve an EPC rating of “E.” This session examines the impact of recent and forthcoming legislation and general Government policy direction, and discusses whether the regulatory landscape delivers the outcomes they are designed to achieve.
